We are providing a clearinghouse of public documents from local governments, which is an initial step of improving the effectiveness of government by building on the works of others. Every study, RFP or new policy undertaken should start with the best of what proceeded it and then provide the basis for the next generation of improved products. By making public documents easily accessible to other local governments we all can build on each other's efforts. This is also an opportunity to get recognition for the quality work.
